The Course is a 12 month program designed to equip students with knowledge and skills of hospitality facilitation and management. The programme exposes students to both service, management, production and operational approaches to instituting hospitality. The participants will go through theoretical studies and practical aspect of learning to be efficient at work. To enhance what has been learnt in class students are exposed to industrial attachments for profficiency and mastery.
Research skills are also imparted through a group consultancy project where students research issues that affect the hotel industry
